A motherly tale of homemade lobster rolls

That’s right folks! I am treading into DANGEROUS waters – how? – might you ask? Well, I’m reviewing the homemade lobster roll made lovingly by my lobster-in-law (mother-in-law). 🙂
This past week, the husbear and I had busy days of Zoom meetings and calls – and it was time for lunch – it was going to be one of those days where you grab whatever you can find and rush back to the computer. Well, much to both of our surprise, we come downstairs to the kitchen and my wonderful mother-in-law had shelled lobsters and made us homemade lobster rolls for lunch!
You can tell she’s a pro – as it had just a tiny amount of mayo on a bed of crunchy light lettuce on a toasted bun – perfectly done to let the lobster meat show it’s true flavors – no other flavors to distract you in any way. Though I’m more of a brioche for my bread, the bun was okay and served its purpose. But overall, is there any other rating that I could give besides a 5-Claws? (I think not)
