The gay lobster has officially launched for the summer season of 2022. The purpose of this short blog will be to review and recommend the various lobster rolls I plan to feast on over the next six weeks visiting my in-laws and family in the Northeast. We will be traveling from Boston up through Maine and into Canada to Montreal on the journey. Stay tuned for the buttery, meaty, crustacean creations along the way!
